Refund Policy
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services.
Deposit and Payment: As the cardholder or corporate officer, by signing this proof of purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement, consent to pay, and specifically authorize charges to your credit card for the products or services provided. Should your credit card become invalid, you agree to promptly provide a new valid credit card to be charged for any outstanding balances. You also confirm that you have received all services and goods to satisfactory conditions.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking, any deposit paid may be credited to a future event for up to one year from the original booking date. However, booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to by us in writing. Cancellations on the day of the event will incur the full quoted party amount due to the loss incurred by your cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel your event at any time if any adults or guests behave disrespectfully or discourteously towards our staff/performers. No violence or aggressive behavior towards any staff or performer is tolerated; such actions will lead to immediate cancellation of your event, and a cancellation fee will be charged as authorized in this agreement.
Disclaimer: Our company policies are designed to ensure effective and efficient operation of your events. Remember, our entertainers/performers are contracted to enhance the joy and atmosphere of your event. It is crucial to remain respectful and courteous to our staff/performers at all times. For a smooth event experience, please ensure payment is ready upon the entertainer’s arrival, as failure to do so may delay the scheduled activities.
Non-Solicitation Agreement: By engaging with Miami-Events, Inc., you agree not to solicit or hire any of Miami-Events, Inc. employees or contractors during and for twelve months after your contract period without written consent. This agreement protects Miami-Events, Inc.’s business interests and helps maintain our high standards of service.
Dispute Resolution: Any disagreements arising from this agreement should be attempted to be resolved through negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Dade County, Florida, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
This agreement ensures that all parties are aware of their rights and obligations and helps facilitate a smooth and enjoyable event experience with Miami Events, Inc.
